About this position...
As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Hidden Treasures, you’ll assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor behavior, record, and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. It’s a rewarding position! You’ll be an important member of a child’s care team and will see the results firsthand as you help improve that child’s life.
Job Status: Full-Time
Location: Central Los Angeles
Compensation: $22-$25/hr
What you'll do...
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
- Collect, record, and verify data
- Write notes, and follow plans developed by a BCBA for skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Participate in large group and small group trainings
- Implement interventions to help develop skills such as social skills, daily living skills, communication, and preacademic skills
What you'll bring...
- Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
- Must pass background check
- TB test required
- Covid Vaccination or test once a week
- CPR Certification (can be facilitated during onboarding)
- Minimum 6 months of ABA experience preferred
- RBT Certification is a plus
